本公司現金股利原訂於113年10月4日發放，如因受颱風停班影響，
致金融機構作業日程需順延，現金股利發放日將順延發放。
5.其他應敘明事項:
(1)如金融機構作業日程未受颱風停班影響，將依原訂日期(113年10月4日)發放。
(2)如受颱風影響，致113/10/03停班，則現金股利將延至10月7日發放。
(3)如受颱風影響，致113/10/03、113/10/04連續兩日停班，
則現金股利將延至113/10/08發放。

  The company originally planned to pay cash dividends on October 4, 2024.
  If the procedure of financial institution was postponed by typhoon,
  the cash dividend distribution date will be postponed.
5.Any other matters that need to be specified:
  (1)If work was not suspended by typhoon, cash dividend distribution date
     will be the same (2024/10/04).
  (2)If work was suspended by typhoon 2024/10/03, cash dividend
     distribution date will be postponed to 2024/10/07.
  (3)If work was suspended by typhoon (2024/10/03 and 2024/10/04), cash
    dividend distribution date will be postponed to 2024/10/08.
